Bauli Group partners with Arteficegroup for the new Brand Architecture and Brand Design.

As part of the growth path of the Bauli Group and the rebranding of the Bauli and Motta brands, Arteficegroup was chosen to redesign the packaging of both brands, implementing a radical change in the renewal of the identity , aimed at consistently communicating the global positioning of the two brands: Bauli is now positioned as the "group leader", optimizing its offer and also including some iconic products such as Buondì, Yo-Yo and Girella. The new Motta brand becomes the premium brand of the Group, enhancing its historic expertise in the production of iconic sweets such as the Panettone di Milano.

This change in the business model, based on brand value, reflects the desire to consolidate Bauli and Motta as reference brands in their segment, with the aim of strengthening the company's presence in the global market and emphasizing the superior quality of all its products.

The new Brand Design strategy began with a thorough review of the Brand Architecture of the product portfolio and the study of an innovative Pack design, which led to the creation of a proprietary Pack system capable of consistently conveying the new positioning of the brands globally and highlighting the differences among the various product lines.

The project involved the internal design and artwork specialists teams in the study and realization of over 300 references in Bauli's portfolio: the Christmas product lines (starting with the iconic Pandoro di Verona and the new Panmoro) and Easter products (eggs and doves), the Croissant line, and ongoing products, as well as the new identity for the Buondì, Girella, and Yo-Yo snacks, and the product line for the international market.
Additionally, the Arteficegroup teams supported the R&D and Packaging division of the Bauli Group in analyzing and rationalizing the technical drawings, optimizing packaging and printing materials, and managing centralized Artwork Management and Color Management to ensure uniformity and quality in the printing results from all involved printers.
