Arteficegroup wins the pitch for the branding and strategic repositioning of the Consorzio di Tutela Vini DOC Sicilia

Established in 2012, the Consorzio di Tutela Vini DOC Sicilia promotes and protects the excellence of Sicilian wine and its unique territory. With over 7,000 winegrowers and 530 bottlers, the Consortium represents the island’s DOC Sicilia appellation and is officially recognized erga omnes by the Italian Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Forestry for its role in safeguarding, enhancing, and promoting Sicilian viticulture.
Arteficegroup has been appointed by the Consorzio di Tutela Vini DOC Sicilia to lead its new branding and brand strategy initiatives, following a competitive pitch.

The collaboration with Arteficegroup — an independent, multidisciplinary Italian creative agency — marks the beginning of a strategic journey to strengthen Sicilia DOC’s positioning and elevate its visibility and value perception across national and international markets.
The project kicked off with an in-depth analysis of the territory, competitive landscape, and target audiences, leading to the identification of key insights that laid the foundation for the brand’s new strategic direction.

The result is a contemporary brand identity that captures the richness and authenticity of Sicily — its colors, landscapes, and cultural heritage — and transforms them into a powerful storytelling platform that celebrates the island’s diversity.
